Confidential Health Services
Wilkes Pregnancy Care Center is a free women’s center that provides services, education, and support to our community at no cost. Whether you need STI testing, are facing an unexpected pregnancy, or are considering abortion, we provide a compassionate and private place for you to receive quality medical care, explore your options, and receive additional support and resources. If you find yourself looking for compassionate care that is centered on you, you have come to the right place.
We provide care to everyone, regardless of age, gender, income, or immigration status. While we do request a valid ID, a driver’s license is not required to receive services. Your information is always confidential, and we never report anyone’s status. All patients are welcome, including those without insurance or legal documentation.
What to Expect
By the time you leave, you have had the chance to meet one-on-one with a patient advocate, review their options, get information on abortion and what to expect, learn more about the pregnancy and reproductive health resources, and aid available to them in North Wilkesboro.
Medical Licenses
Wilkes Pregnancy Care Center is licensed under a certified M.D. who approves all of our ultrasounds. Additionally, our nurses and sonographers have current medical licenses and certifications.
