Free Medical Services and Support
As a pro-woman organization providing holistic reproductive health services, we at Wilkes Pregnancy Care Center put women first here. Our services are available to anyone regardless of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, or disability.

Pregnancy Confirmation
If you have missed a period or are experiencing other early pregnancy signs, contact us for no-cost proof of pregnancy.
Through medical-grade pregnancy testing, we can verify your body’s HCG levels. If the test is positive, we can schedule an ultrasound to determine how far along you are and if the pregnancy is viable (able to continue on its own).
If you are considering an abortion, an ultrasound may be able to determine if you are having a natural miscarriage before you have further symptoms. An ultrasound can rule out an ectopic pregnancy, eliminating the need for a medical or surgical abortion and requiring immediate medical treatment.
If you are looking for pregnancy or parenting support, we provide free resources and referrals.
Nurse Consultations
The information you receive at a pregnancy confirmation appointment can help you make an informed decision about abortion clinic procedures, abortion pills, adoption, parenting, and the options available to you based on how far along you are. We provide these services at no cost to you because we believe women deserve to get answers without the cost, pressure, or sales tactics involved.

Confidential STI Testing & Treatment
To safeguard your health, Wilkes Pregnancy Care Center offers free STI testing and treatment for Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Trichomoniasis, Syphilis, Hep C, and HIV* with our qualified nursing staff. Contact us to schedule an appointment and learn more about reducing your risk of contracting an STI.
*Hep C and HIV positive tests will be referred for treatment
